Elevatus is committed to helping clients build unique, scalable, and efficient work processes. We also want to make sure that you and your team have all the insights and features you need to hire and assess efficiently. 

We know how challenging it can be to manage, track, and optimize your hiring and assessment workflows. But our job is to make your processes easier, simpler, optimized, and a lot more visual! 

At Elevatus, we’ve been busy developing new features that will significantly help you hire and assess applicants more efficiently. 

This is why today we’re super excited to introduce you to some cool new features that are guaranteed to make your experience using Elevatus even more special!

So without further ado, check out what our awesome team of developers has been working on lately. 

We released a fully new solution called BI Data Analytics.

Elevatus’ new BI Data Analytics provides a comprehensive overview of business metrics to support you in making better decisions with accurate insights. You can also specify the time period from which you want to gather these insights from. In addition, you also have an advanced filter per job, so you can get insights specific to any particular job. 

What makes this Analytics solution special at Elevatus is that it’s flexible, visual, and fully customizable. This means that you can customize the data that you want to appear on the grid view by simply selecting the insights you want to see. What’s more, if you’d like to further analyze the data found in the grid view, you can simply extract the data as a CSV file. 

Now, let’s dig a bit deeper into each of the insight categories that we are now offering!

Jobs: Now, you can get instant insights on job openings, position views, time-to-fill, video assessments, published job overviews, job status overviews, and how many jobs were published and archived.  

Candidates: Here, you can track and get an overview of candidate sources, the total number of candidates disqualified, and the candidates hired. You will also get deeper insights into the time saved, cost saved, time-to-disqualify, and time-to-hire.

Team members: From this section, you can instantly spot the active time duration for each team member and the activity logs of your team members.

Questionnaire and events: Here, you can view any previous or upcoming events that you have, and the response rate for each questionnaire, and you can also compare the number of events grouped by type (e.g. video assessment, online, or offline).

Recording live interviews conducted via Zoom: By recording live video interviews via Zoom, you can watch them and review them with your teammates at any time, and never worry about missing out on an interview again. What makes this feature extremely useful is that no one gets to miss out on not attending an interview, not even your teammates! This feature also allows you to keep your interviews as a reference, so you can go back to them at any time you desire. 

User interface localization: We are constantly improving the user interface to give our clients a wonderful experience while utilizing our solutions. Users now have the option to navigate in two languages, Arabic and English. This feature will further enhance the candidate’s experience and engagement throughout the application and assessment process!

An added filtration option: Candidates can now filter and sort through vacancies based on the job type, such as: full-time, part-time, contract-based, and more.

Notifications Center: This feature includes system notifications that allow you to keep track of the actions taken by users or your teammates. These actions could include moving candidates between stages or updating the career branding page. It also includes notifications from candidates who applied to a certain job vacancy or submitted a video assessment. From now on, you will be instantly kept up-to-date and in the loop!

Color Section on EVA-BRAND: This feature allows you to further customize the colors of your Branded Career Page. Through the General Text Color, you can customize the text color that is unified across the entire page. Also, you can customize the colors of the header and subheader text to better suit your branding. Last but not least, you now have the option to have the navigation bar transparent as you scroll down the page. Let your brand identity shine on your career page!

Advanced filters on EVA-SSESS: With this feature, you are now able to filter candidates based on their names and emails. What’s more, you can arrange them according to the completion date, AI model answer ranking (ascending and descending order), and recruiters’ rating (ascending and descending order).
